Like a standard double ended twist lock, the transverse double ended shipping container twist lock is used for stacking one container on top of another. The difference is that with the transverse double ended shipping container twist lock the locking head is oriented at a 90 degrees offset to facilitate the stacking of containers at 90 degrees.
As a result of many requests from our valued customers, Container Hoardings developed the transverse double ended shipping container twist lock to help our customers achieve 90 degree stacking of containers.
